Team Nutrition Train’s Best Weight Loss Transformations
Over the years we have seen some great transformations from clients that we have worked with. Some have been out of this world. Here are some of our favorites in no particular order. Which do you think are our best weight loss transformations?
After starting training with us in January of 2017, Tom hasn’t looked back. We started him out with nutrition and the Domination 2.0 workout. He has gone from a 2XL shirt to a large! We supplemented him with the Royal 21 King System, Level-1 Meal Replacement Protein, and the Post Workout Stack and his body has responded with 74 pounds of weight loss and a ton of muscle gained. This was in 5 months, we can’t wait to see what happens by the end of the year!
Kim wanted to start off just dieting, so we put her on a very low carb diet with high protein.
